Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026.
Who we are
Digital Safe Family (“we”) publishes the First 48 Hours Kit, practical educational content for parents. Contact for any privacy matter: [email protected].
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record — meaning the purchase contract, VAT handling and payment data sit with them under their own privacy policy.
What we collect (and what we never collect)
To deliver the kit we store your email address (order delivery and the 7-day sequence) and basic order information (what you bought, when, and refund status).
We never ask for — and our product never touches — a child’s name, email, phone number, username, messages, photographs, school or precise location. Nothing connects to a child’s accounts or devices.
How each piece is used
Email address: kit delivery, the 7-day reset sequence, support replies and refund handling. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link; transactional emails (receipt, downloads, refund) cannot be unsubscribed while your order exists.
Order information: delivery, guarantee claims, accounting and fraud prevention.
Website measurement: we use the Meta Pixel to understand ad performance (pages viewed, checkout started, purchase completed). It loads only on pages where it is configured and never receives children’s data — because we never collect any.
Who processes data on our behalf
Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Lemon Squeezy (checkout, VAT and payouts), Brevo (email delivery), Meta (ad measurement). Each processes data under its own terms; we share only what each service needs to do its job. Some processing happens outside the EU (notably the US); transfers rely on the providers’ safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
How long we keep it
Order emails are kept while you hold the product (yours forever includes re-delivery) plus applicable accounting retention periods. Support correspondence is kept up to 24 months. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time — see your rights below.
Your rights (GDPR and applicable law)
Wherever you live in the EU/EEA you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, and object to marketing — free of charge, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS) throughout, least-privilege access to order systems, and no order data stored in the website’s own database — purchases live with the payment provider, emails with the email provider.
Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy for future processing; your statutory rights are never reduced retroactively.
